Q1: Could you custom plush backpack? and MOQ?

Q2: How long does it take to get my products?
A: Approximately 30-90 days after sample and order confirmed. The typical steps as below:
• Sample Stage – about 1 week for initial sample. 1-3 weeks per round of revisions depending on the modified details by customers.
• Production Stage – 30-60 days. This can vary due to production schedule, labor availability, ordering materials and testing.
• Delivery – 25-30 days via vessel and then 5-10 days local shipping.
(But Korea, Japan, about 30days-45days for it due to fast shipping time.)
Q3: How to you guarantee quality?
A: We have professional inspection departments. QC staffs more then 5 years experience. Each toys will be full inspection before delivery. so don't worry about this. Also accept your 3-rd inspection company to check too.
Q4: What are your terms of cooperation?
A: Accepted various. Including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc...
