Q1: Could you send sample first to let us check quality before order?
A: Yes. We're pleasure to send sample for quality check. For this puffer squeaky toys, don't need sample cost. You just need to in charge for sample freight.
Q2: Could you custom pet toys based on our design or pictures?
A: Yes. accepted custom. MOQ is 500pcs(be negotiated). we understand sometime our customers need less quantity to test market. sample cost usually 100-150usd based on toys complexity. will subtract from final order.(up to 1000pcs.)
Q3: Is safety for pet toys material?
A: Yes. From plush material, to inside TPR balls. Both are no-toxic material. Complies with CE, ASTM and so on quality standard. Just order without any hesitate.
Q5: How to you guarantee quality?
A: We have professional inspection departments. QC staffs more then 5 years experience. Each toys will be full inspection before delivery. so don't worry about this. Also accept your 3-rd inspection company to check too.
Q4: What are your terms of cooperation?
A: Accepted various. Including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc...
